5th Cisco Book Sprint and final Sprint for 2015!
Today was the first day of Cisco’s latest Book Sprint to document operations and troubleshooting for customers using Cisco’s Virtual Managed Services (VMS). An international group of 10 contributors working on Cisco’s VMS around the world have gathered for a week at Cisco’s campus in Raleigh, Durham, North Caroline to put the book together. As as is the case with many tech documentation Sprints, the output usually proves incredibly helpful for all the employees doing customer relations – finally there is a resource to point customers to!
