2nd International IDEA Book Sprint

Around the same time in 2014, International IDEA organised their first Book Sprint on “Open Source Technology in Electoral Administration.” This time instead of open source they are tackling the issue of certification of ICTs in elections. The group includes three repeat contributors which always helps overcome the initial trepidation felt by a group expected to produce a book in just 5 days. It also means the first Book Sprint was a success!
