Blog Sprints

We have been experimenting a little with Blog Sprints. Last night in downtown San Francisco Adam Hyde and the crew from Neo gathered together for a test Blog Sprint.

The problem is well known – many organisations want their staff to blog but they don’t all have the same energy or time to do it. So, we gathered everyone together over Pizza and sprinted over 4 hours to produce 9 blog posts. It was a different beast to a Book Sprint but some of the Book Sprint method was transferable. It might not be something we do often, we focus on Book Sprints as it is its own animal. However from time to time we help out organisations (we did something similar with IDEA in Sweden last year) to accelerate their text production. Don’t be scared to drop us a line if you would like our help with something like this, we might not do it but you just never know!
