Preliminary Call for Facilitator Position

I am looking for someone to train as a Book Sprint facilitator. The successful candidate must be passionate about collaborative production and have a drive to learn the Book Sprint methodology. Experience as a facilitator in other areas of collaboration such as Unconferences, Bar Camps or Hack Days would be an advantage. The position will need to start immediately and remuneration is to be negotiated.

The position will be full time and include a trial period, it will also involve a lot of international travel. Initially you will be present at a number of Book Sprints as an assistant before facilitating a Book Sprint by yourself.

When not facilitating Book Sprints you will be updating the website, raising the profile of Book Sprints, providing advice to those interested in the methodology, and generating more facilitation work. You can be based anywhere however travel to the USA and Europe will be common and it would be an advantage, but not necessary, to be based near one of these regions.
